PRIMARY PROCESSING
Our primary processing facility has a daily capacity of 1400 head of beef cattle, or approximately 90 million carcass kilograms a year, with opportunity to increase future production through additional shifts.
VALUE-ADD
The value-add facility, incorporating multi-species (lamb, beef and veal) sausages, corned, marinated, glazed and coated products, hamburger patties.
RETAIL-READY
The retail-ready facility cuts, prepares, packs and distributes multi-species steaks.
